Yes. There will undoubtedly be some restrictions and leash (or corral) laws depending upon the type of animal, but people will be able to bring pets to events with them. However, if an animal is a known danger, loud, or in other substantial ways detracts from the enjoyment of the event for other participants, the owner will be asked not to bring the animal to future events.
